How do I request a return?
Contact us within 7 days of delivery to request a return. Items must be unused, sealed, and in original packaging.
Can I return opened hair oil?
For hygiene reasons, opened or used hair oil cannot be returned unless it arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
What if my order arrives damaged?
Please message us on WhatsApp at 03113008124 with your order details and clear photos of the issue.
When is my return approved?
Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll confirm whether a replacement or refund is approved.
How are approved refunds paid?
Approved refunds are arranged through a mutually agreed payment method. Cash-on-delivery orders are not refunded in cash at delivery.
Who pays return delivery charges?
Return delivery costs may apply unless your item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect. Contact us before sending anything back.
